Change of Mind
At PHAT Bars, all our products are made to order, ensuring a perfect fit and high-quality craftsmanship. Due to this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you select the correct product for your vehicle before placing an order.

Faulty or Defective Products
If you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact our customer service team at sales@phatbars.com.au within a reasonable time. We will require proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt) and may ask for photos or videos of the product to assess the issue.
If we determine that the product is faulty or defective, we will provide you with a refund or replacement, as required by the ACL. If you prefer a refund, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees may be refunded at our discretion.
Consumer Guarantees
Our returns and refund policy is in addition to your rights under the ACL. The ACL provides consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded or modified, including guarantees that goods will be of acceptable quality, fit for a particular purpose, and match the description provided. If there is a discrepancy between our returns and refund policy and your rights under the ACL, the ACL will prevail.
